What retailers usually ask
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- Depends on the item and the material. Non-woven and PVC packs are smaller — good for first-time retailers. Embroidered or custom-print runs need a bigger order. WhatsApp Sanjay Ji with what you need; he shares pack rates same day.
- Do you provide a GST invoice?
- Yes, with every consignment. GSTIN on the invoice, HSN codes on each line item. Useful for input credit when you bill your own customers.
- How does shipping work?
- Pan-India dispatch from Burrabazar, Kolkata — by road or rail. Transport via DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, or your usual transporter. Premium safe packing on every box.
- Can my shop name be printed on the covers?
- Yes — screen print, sublimation and embroidery on bulk orders. Share a sample image of how you want it laid out on WhatsApp and we'll quote.
- Payment terms?
- Cash, UPI, NEFT, RTGS or cheque. Half advance and half on dispatch is the common arrangement for first orders. Returning retailers settle differently.
- What if a parcel arrives damaged?
- Send a photo on WhatsApp the same day it arrives. If our packing was at fault, we replace it. Same person you talked to about the order is the same person who fixes it.
